Session Highlight Carl Storms
Who better to discuss my roundtable session, "AI: Overview of AEC Workflows, Best Practices and Limitations" than Carl Storms, Technical Success Manager at Newforma.
Carl's 2024 roundtable discussion was based on his "100 Days of AI", which he kicked off on January 1, 2024. Wonderful and informative session that turned into practical use cases that I still use today.
However, there's lots of AI centric workflow that's just broken. Sure, AI will do something fast. But IMO the results are often so undesirable and inflexible, I feel like I'm wasting time trying to automate something that needs to be done "manually". Especially when I end up spending as much time cleaning up the results vs just doing it right.
Is there a better way? Carl's here to set expectations, provide experienced feedback and hopefully point me in the right direction(s).
